Grandma’s Little Secret.

Each party is unique, each details is what make the difference, inspire yourself with these beautiful balloons.

Materials:

– Helium Gas to inflate the balloons;
– Party Balloons,
–Materialized Confettis, (if you would rather you can also chop in little pieces any metalized plastic);
–Brush;
– Découpage Glue, (regular glue also works);
– Cords, ribbons or strings.

Instructions:

–Inflate your balloon until the desired size and tie a piece of cord so it will not fly away.
–Put glue into the balloon for whenever do you want to cover;
–Pour your confetti around the area and let it dry;
–Put all your balloons together and decorate your party.

Attention: Don’t fill your balloon with so many confetti, this can weight it not allowing it to fly.
